"Awful service from Jess. Never, ever answers her direct dial. No updates in regards to completion dates (had to find out from sellers). Called multiple times no answer. Figures wrong on paperwork including house price and deposit value. Chased for account details and got ignored. Constant requests for paperwork and updates which had already been completed with mortgage advisor. All in all, a shambles. The fact you have to pay over a grand for this is just a kick in the teeth. I would never use Fidler & Pepper again. Blamed it on being busy for COVID (which would be reasonable and understandable) but reviews say the same thing going way back before the pandemic. Just shoddy."
