"Really nice furniture, at a price to match. Really poor service. Suite delivered July last year, broke early December, STILL waiting for a repair, 4 months later. Usual BS. Parts need to be ordered. Why? Common parts need to be in stock. There are only three replaceable parts to an actuated head rest. How long should it take to get a part from Italy anyway? 48 hours! (unless it's an emergency in which case 24) Repair needs to be scheduled. They seem to have a one month+ wait on someone even calling in to have a look. Maybe there are a lot of broken sofas out there? Very very disappointed with this company. Promises so much, delivers little."

I am delighted with my sofa, chair and footstool now that it has been delivered. The entire service from purchase to delivery was seamless and the quality of the furniture is is first class. "Our furniture order took a lot longer to arrive than estimated and has now arrived minus a footstool. That was over 4 weeks ago and despite having paid for it, we are still waiting for it. Furniture is lovely but still incomplete. Very disappointing."
