"Ans from this branch of Bensons for Beds was an absolute gem! He was sooooo knowledgeable, honest, he wasn't pushy - he just genuinely wanted to get you the best item for your criteria for your price range! He was more than happy to give me a quote for a few different things and let me know when deals were coming off, so I could know how much time I had to think about things. He was a lovely person too, chatting to you like a human being and mentioning things from his own experience. He spent so much time with me and I really can't sing his praises enough - Mr Bensons4Beds, Ans deserves a commission for the mattress I ended up buying! "THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I’M SO DISGUSTED I ORDER ONLINE A MATTRESS ON 8 November and they set delivery day on 7 December but as I was in holiday on that day I rescheduled for 21 December 2 day before I return for my holiday as I ask my mum to wait for it. I’ve got a message and email confirmation of delivery 2 days before and on 21 December she was waiting all day but they didn’t deliver it. And on late evening they send me an email saying they can’t deliver it because of logistics reasons and rescheduled for January, so now after 30 being on flights after my holiday I will go home and I will not be able to sleep on my bed until January. I didn’t understand what’s happening and after 3 days trying to contact them over the phone and a lot of emails ( never get a reply back) they said it couldn’t be delivered as is was out of stock ( when I place order with almost 2 months in advance). I want to mention that I was in shop to buy the mattress but they said to me they do not hold in stock that type of mattress as is manufactured specially for clients when I place order. I’ve called customer service and I’ve waited 5h and no one answers, I’ve called from 2 different phones and I try to contact them online but still nothing. After 3 days trying to contact them I’ve manage to talk with someone and explain what happened, at the end because I was asking for a replace mattress until mine is coming in the end they agreed to send me a temporary mattress. Next day I’ve got the package and I couldn’t believe what they send me, MATTRESS PROTECTION when I explain them I do not have mattress at all. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM REALLY DISGUSTED ABOUT I CANNOT ACCEPT TO PLAY WITH ME AND TAKE ME AS A FOUL AND LIE ME ON MY MONEY I WILL REPORT THEM ON CONSUMERS RIGHTS O STARTS I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM NEVER"
"Update: Had to change mattress (shockingly terrible customer service process hint: don't go via the exchange options), shop said I don't need a green bag even though I asked multiple times, delivery team refused to take mattress without green bag. Delivery team also knock picture from wall and damaged floor (waiting on response regarding how they will fix the damage) and after all that still didn't take mattress to room required. Overall shocking experience with this company. Original: took 3 attempts to get the mattress, and on one occasion they just forgot to load it on the vehicle. Then on the last go, we did get the mattress. We was given a 12 - 6pm slot and we had to do some shopping so was going out at 9am with aim to be back at 11:30am, to get a phone call at 9:30am (wife late) saying will be there in 10mins. So not only did you fail multiple time, you can't even get the time slot right and where was the 30mins notice you informed me I would get."
"I broke my old bed, so I had to buy a new one with a new mattress as well! Was treated with the utmost courtesy by a very friendly assistant who helped me select my new bed and mattress in record time! Very reasonably priced with delivery and insurance! Had my new bed and mattress delivered the other day and now that I have slept in it, I must say that I have not slept this well in a very long time! I can highly recommend this store to everyone, especially to people who have problems with their backs!"
"Visited the store today and was treated by Store personnel with a smile and good manners. Abbie was very helpful and understanding to the matters of what I wanted and didn’t want. Finally chose a bed and mattress with a sharp delivery slot too. For someone who was on her own handle the floor and customers with great skills."
