"Total unprofessional company that seriously need to sort out their customer service!! Ordered my daughters new bed on the 10/02 got email to say shipped in the 11/02. After numerous emails called going to answer phone!! Nothing! My daughter still on a mattress on the floor! Away to contact consumer advice! Avoid at all costs !! Might be cheaper but I would rather pay more and actually get the product I paid for"
"Absolutely shocking! Ordered my daughter a new bed for Christmas, 1st delivery date got rearrange, the 2nd I was informed at 9pm it wouldn't arrive after waiting in all day, 3rd after getting my sister to work from my house it still didn't arrive, finally arrived on 4th delivery date, weeks after. When the bed did arrive all the bits were wrong and didn't go together, some were missing. I tried to call, email and message them on WhatsApp after finally getting to talk to someone they apologised and gave me the choice to receive new parts which after the hassle of receiving the bed I didn't want to do, I asked for a refund and have since been ignored, after multiple messages to them. My 5 year old daughter has now been without a bed for 2 weeks and left without her Christmas present, with me having no time or money to replace her present. Absolutely appalling services, utterly disgraceful"

"Shocking service. Ordered £1,000 bed and waited 6 weeks for delivery. That delivery was cancelled on the day by their delivery company as it wouldn't fit on the van, even though we had taken time off work to receive it! Delivery people very inflexible with future delivery times. Finally delivered 2 weeks after the first one should have happened. They pointed out to use that the box was damaged and were about to up and go when we asked to inspect the item to ensure it was ok. The bed head had a great dent in the back! We refused to accept it and sent it back. No masks worn or social distancing attempted by these delivery people. Rang FurnitureWorld to be told it would be another 6-8 weeks delivery for a new bed. We asked for a refund - here's hoping! No apology. No call from the manager. Hopeless service. We won't be using them again."
