"Avoid this shop. I got my bed and mattress from them i paid lot of money for it and already mattress springs making noise. My mum got her bed from there its been 2months they still didn't get anyone to fix the headboard yet. Keep sending the wrong ones. Very poor customer service. Please spend little more and get your things from other places."

"I have never been so shocked and appalled in my whole life this was the most dodgy company ever first off our bed and wardrobe was 2 weeks delayed in which we where not notified and had to call ourselves they then arrived and brought the wrong wardrobe in which we had to wait a additional 3 days for the correct wardrobe to come and I was left with all my clothes in black bin bags I also paid for my old wardrobe to be dissembled in which the guy told me to help him while the other driver sat in the van on his phone whilst helping the guy a part of the wardrobe almost fell on my head I also had to carry all the dissembled parts to my garden myself as he said he wasn’t paid for that when he was the customer service was absolutely disgusting they did not care to apologise or call once to give us a heads up on what was going on they then arrived to assemble the new wardrobe and had taken over 3 hours the guys the company have sent have no idea how to assemble a wardrobe and was sitting on my floor for hours trying to figure it out I honestly urge people not to buy from this company unprofessional rude and they have the audacity to argue back and be unhelpful please take your hard earned money elsewhere this situation has truly upset me and my family a lot they have no documentation of warranty or anything else I don’t believe this company to be following correct procedures and should not be causing this kind of distress to paying honest customers."

"Great carpet shop with a wide choice of carpets. I recently renovated my house and purchased all my carpet from ATS. From my initial visit at the showroom followed up with a home visit from Daniel, my experience with this company was excellent. Daniel was able to recommend a good selection of carpets suitable for my needs and budget. The carpets are good quality and they also did a great job at the fitting. I’ll definitely be buying carpets here again."
