"Nice items and lovely service in store but customer services afterwards are very poor. Extremely unhelpful delivery outsourcer that rolled back on previous promises and cost me hundreds of pounds to arrange my own delivery company to pick up the order, all contact to Timothy Oulton directly was ignored. Far below the standard of service you expect when you’ve spent twelve grand. If you’re charging 300 quid for a cushion I think it’s reasonable to expect promises are honoured, contact is replied to and that your order isn’t thrown over the fence to an outsourcer with disinterested staff. No confidence if anything ever goes wrong with the furniture given you can’t even get a reply."
