"We moved a new house and bought sofas from Novia. We bought some other furnitures from other companies, so I can compare Novia with others… Firstly, they have very helpful costumer service and the products are very affordable when you consider the quality. Great design and good quality materials. Also they send their team for the assembly and they were amazing! They both cared well products and the home! Because others left deep marks on the walls and the floors. Thank you Novia team for your efforts and support."

"We bought two sofas, one was delivered without it's included cushions and the aftercare has been terrible. The staff in store at the time of buying were really nice and helpful which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. When we bought it we clarified with them that it came with all 4 cushions and they said that it did. One of the sofas came with the cushions, and the other one without. At the delivery they put us on the phone to a manager who said they couldn't post out the other two cushions but we could come to the store and choose 2 cushions. So we drove over half an hour to the shop, only to be told we couldn't have matching cushions, only random ones from an assortment under an ottoman bed. Obviously we just wanted the matching cushions which were advertised and we thought we had bought. We even offered to take two of the display cushions which were on the sofas but they said we couldn't. We have had several phone calls with staff there, who assured me we would get the cushions and said they would clarify by email. This was a few weeks ago and still no cushions or even an email clarification. They also tried to tell us that we didn't buy the cushions but they were a "free gift" so it didn't matter that we didn't get them. The pricing structure is irrelevant, we bought the sofas as seen and were told the cushions were included. We were also told that the cushion makers are in Turkey and don't speak English so we can't just get the missing two extra cushions sent to us. If this is an issue then they should either use a different supplier or not use it as an excuse. Very annoying that it's come to the point that I have to leave a review but we're tired of having these conversations and it not being sorted. I should also note that the sofas were delivered with quite a few marks on them, which the delivery men were eventually able to get out. Based on our experience we cannot recommend this store."
