"Terrible company and customer service. I have been waiting for a small job to be completed since November last year. I have constantly contacted over WhatsApp and email, but receive false promises on when the work will be completed. I have taken days off work in order to let them into my house and complete the work only for them to become non-responsive days before and not show up on the agreed date. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Not worth the price you pay"

"I’m super happy with my experience! I visited the store to enquire about a fitted wardrobe, the design was prepared for me there and then based on my needs, and my budget was met without sacrificing quality or any extras that I had requested. The team travelled over an hour to my property to measure up, and again to fit the wardrobe, all with a very quick turn-around. They charged me less than half of what Sharps originally quoted me for the same job, therefore I would certainly recommend these guys to all, and I’m very glad I found them! Thank you, Dimple!"

"Initially I was going with wren kitchens however someone referred me to Dimple kitchens and I visited their office and fortunately they had appointment available on the day. They spent almost 1.5 hours in designing and also gave me a reasonable price. Another reason for purchase was fast delivery times which was less than 10 working days. Unfortunately they did not have kitchen fitters at the time of purchase hence I had some minor issues but they were very quick to respond and always helpful. However now they do provide fitting themselves which will definitely be a plus point. Another difference between them and wren is they offer acrylic material in gloss which I personally feel is much more sturdy than gloss sheet on mdf. Also, they came to visit twice in order to help with installation whereas I only purchased the kitchen without fitting. I will post some photos of the finished kitchen soon as well but I would definitely recommend them and owner is definitely taking keen interest which makes you feel special."

I was able to design a kitchen with one of the technicians who listened to all my requests and offered good advice that wasn't over bearing or linear.
