"Absolutely rubbish after sales service!...usual Asian neglecting attitude. Manager's gone to china so the whole world stops!...had a serious issue with a manufacturing defect with a sofa of a very sharp nail/spring sticking out on cushion of the sofa. Consequently a 5 year old child was very badly grazed/cut because of the shear neglect of this company. Be advised not to do business with these people!!!...photos available on request!"
