"We have just stayed for two nights in the adults only pod area with hot tub. The pod was basic but clean, warm and cosy. The hot tub and fire added to the enjoyment. Great site with antique shops, cafe, that served great food, and an evening bar. Staff were welcoming and informative and site security made sure everyone adhered to the 10.30pm noise curfew. The only drawbacks were the two unisex toilet/shower rooms that require some attention, the showers were cold and our pod had no coat hooks to hang coats etc, despite a notice inside the pod stating we should have. We will definitely return but would upgrade so that we have our own bathroom!"
"Ate at the café. Service was a bit slow despite there being lots of staff, but the food was delicious. We had pies, Welsh rarebit and homemade soup. All delicious. Will definitely return for lunch someone. Sunday roasts looked delicious too"
"What a wonderful experience Lady Heyes is.The glamping pod had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Having showers so near our pod was an extra luxury. The shops are so different and we spent hours just browsing and purchased some unusual items. The Arc Cafe has everything you could ever need. The food is delicious, especially the pies. The staff both on the site and in the cafe go that extra mile to help you and that makes the glamping experience even more special. We will return. Xxx"
"We had 2 excellent nights on a hot tub pitch. Thursday and Friday, both evening were quiet despite it being half term. Walking distance to Frodsham and some good pubs in close proximity. Good clean facilities, helpful friendly staff. We will revisit."
"We have just had our first stay here. Very secure with electric barriers which work by a card so you can only drive on and off if you have one. Electric and water hook up on the pitch. Facilities were lovely. Very clean and well heated. Shower cubicles have plenty of space inside. Everyone we met who worked on site were very helpful and pleasant. We are twice at the onsite cafe. Food was lovely and not too expensive. Little did I know on Friday night I'd be eating fish & chips whilst playing bingo lol. If you enjoy a quiet site then this would suit you well. Will definitely be visiting again Thank you One downside and it's more of a niggle than a complaint, were the potholes on the road ways around the site. These need some attention."
