"The most perfect rural location, right on the edge of Delamere Forest and on the Sandstone Trail.. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to the cities of Chester, Manchester and Liverpool and some beautiful small towns nearby. The hospitality of Whendie and Steve make this place all the more of an experience. We couldn't wish for more. The breakfast is fabulous and the owners also run a great cafe, serving delicious homemade delights."

"Absolutely amazing place to stop for refreshments. We stopped with the horses and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of room for them on the field away from the road.
