"We came here asking for help with my younger sister's struggle with her GCSE's due to the learning difficulties she has. She was taking GCSE tuition lessons for almost 3 months with Hillhouse. However, I cancelled her tuition with Hillhouse as I discovered that my younger sister was not receiving any 1:1 lessons at all in English. She would be given a past paper and put in a room for an hour to solve on her own, instead of letting her complete the past papers at home and reviewing her level of work in tuition which is what is expected. I also discovered that a Maths tutor at the age of 17 was teaching my sister (a year younger than the student herself), someone with no qualifications, another student for all I know. And unfortunately over all of this, I was being told that my sister was making progress (what triggered me the most). I am in no place to say that you should not take your children/siblings here, maybe others had it better than my sister for some odd reason. I am only here stating my sisters very unfortunate experience and 3 months of precious time & money wasted with this service."
