"Today I went to the Ugandan High Commission in London, I received such good service. Everyone was happy, friendly, chatty, helpful and patient. Special thank you to Rose for making me feel at home. Keep up the good work!"
"I need to renew my passport but the system is as dodgy as hell.I paid £60 in total and the gave me a reference number on their website where you apply to renew your passport and now i cannot even schedule an appointment because apparently the system cannot recognise the reference number.I dont see why they bother to offer a service that is botched.I am livid!!Does that mean that i now have to shell out another £60???????When is theft going to leave this wretched country???Very disappointed indeed!!!!!"
"This must be the most dreadful website I have ever encountered. Some of us have passports that where issued before the introduction ID's, but on this website you cannot proceed until an ID number has been entered, which should have been option. The worst aspect is trying to obtain an update by phone, almost impossible !!"
"I met a very nice lady by the name Magrate and she was very helpful to me in the process of applying for a national identity card. Very kind and helpful, Thank you, Margaret"
"I spoke with a staff on the phone who advised that the best visa option to apply for is the East African visa. Further online enquiries differed from what was advised. I am now advised to apply for multiple visa, l tried to upload required documents but was unable to, l get error message that file is too big. I intend to visit tomorrow wish me luck"
