"There are some shortcomings in the building management but overall it is a good place to rent an office. Almost any size offices available. As a visitor be aware of the car park charges (pay on the app or at the ticket machine). Don't park at the front of the building (unless you pay monthly for an allocated parking) only at the back in the visitor parking area. Parking in camera monitored and has a 10-15 minutes grace period. If you don't enter the gates but park on the street it's free (avoid yellow lines). Be aware that parking at the shops across the street is paid too."
"OMG .. horrible place .. no order , no system… nothing .. they give appointment for people on different time slots for period of 15 minutes but be prepared to send there for the whole day. Their website is an absolute nightmare.. no clear instructions given about what documents needed, what are to be uploaded priori to appointment and what to be taken for the appointment. There is always long queues for the appointments, it’s heart breaking to see older people , young children , mothers with babies etc standing in the queue for hours and hours. And many of the staff in counters are ruthless, they just send people away for simple reasons which means the customers have to come again for another appointment for another day. I can’t believe how such an office that suppose to represent a country can work in a pathetic condition. Either Indian government or UK business standard agencies should look into this, otherwise common people will continue to struggle with this poor quality service. People would definitely use the service because it’s an inevitable service for passport, OCI, visa etc etc.. there are not enough facilities for the vulnerable people to sit while waiting for the appointment and I have seen many of them sitting on the floor due to long wait.."
"This place has a disabled/ stroller lift so need not to use stairs at all, however there are no signs to guide to the lift, I had to carry everything (including double stroller) 10-15 steps before I could use the lifts. Only figured out when I sat for a coffee after my appointment. A sign or a pro active receptionist would be extremely helpful."
"My appointment was at 11.00 and I arrived early and thank god I did, as the queue was long had to wait 20 minutes in the queue just to get ticket. Always arrive an hour early as you never know with this visa centre. The lady that served me was very kind and helpful. I had to re-do my application. She helped me out and told me to come back to her. The waiting time was long but the people that served me were very helpful and polite."
