"This is a very handy medical centre my main issue is nobody seems very interested in answering the phone. I have tried many many times to get in touch at various times of the day only to get a voice mail saying they are busy hang up and try later. Shockingly bad customer service when the receptionist is there they sit and take their time answering the phone."
"The phone says we are busy and hangs up on you, no putting you in a queue, no we will call you back later, just we are busy and line is dead. F%ck off essentially. No doubt Covid will get the blame for all this lacsidaisical attitude."
"Phoned to make an appointment for a blood test to be told that they no longer do appointments it's a walk in clinic. I'm self-employed so hanging around waiting is a nightmare. The appointment system worked fine for years why change it?"
"I attend regularly and I always get someone to make an appointment whether by face2face or via telephone. The service is extremely exceptional. There are times when I attend that the receptionist is busy already making appointments for patients, as well as patients waiting to be booked in for their appointment. There is a new telephone system in place so it may take longer to answer. If I need to speak to nurse, doctor or admin staff who are part time, you can leave a message in their answer machine."
