"Tried to get my France schengen visa through them. The bright side is that they were fast. The dark side is that the whole process with them is extortionate. They took my bank card details to pay the fees online themselves. They were about to charge my card 350 quid for the process (to give you an idea, the whole visa process costs you 130 quid if you do it yourself). When I asked them to cancel my request, they tried to charge my card 60 quid without even notifying me! (thank god I'd blocked my card the day before). AVOID!"
