"Poor service. Only locum doctors available at this practice. Lucky to see the same one twice. My aunt on palliative care, locum came for community organised visit. She didn't know why she was there, didn't know anything about my aunt and came in carrying only a stethoscope and a piece of paper. I think there is a serious incident waiting to happen, if it has not already happened. Reception staff excellent on the whole but taking a lot of flack for the disgraceful service available. I feel sorry for them. I also belong to this practice. It's ok for me I can speak up for myself and have worked in a hospital a&e dept for well over a decade so have some experience of illness and what to expect. I've been at that practice my whole life. I'm 56 now. Dr Shetty must be turning in his grave."
"Got exactly what I wanted today from the surgery. The doctor who I saw was super lovely, unfortunately she was just a locum, but she was just a doctor you'd always want to see. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, although never many actually on the front reception desk, which is sometimes a struggle when there queue of people increase. I've been at this surgery since being born, and would never want to move."
"I'm happy with the surgery but yeaterday the wait for my 3 year old to have her nasal flu spray was coming up to 30 minutes. Then to be told the nurse was in a meeting with the manager wasn't the best. Could management meetings happen when there are not patients waiting with appointments? Thanks."
"Great polite service from reception and the nurse. Whilst at my appointment she gave me the flu vaccine too when I requested it. Saving me another trip and an appointment for someone else. I do wish the phone message telling you how you're working now coukd be taken off or there was an option to skip it, as that is frustrating having to listen yo a long message each time you phone, especially when you're busy at work. Thanks"
"I have always had a (mostly) positive experience using this practice. Last time I visited was to get a referral after a occipital bone fracture where I lost my sense of taste and smell. The loc had apparently “never encountered this issue” before, where I know it is a very common occurrence… Anyway, my main issue is actually booking an appointment. I’ve tried to do so through the NHS app, as advised through the practice site, but there are consistently “no appointments available to book online.” The time of day, or time of year does not appear to be the issue here. Hopefully the advertised services will be rolled out soon!"
