"Booked taxi at 5pm for pickup at 10pm. Didn’t turn up. Called them, said they’d by there in ten mins. Didn’t arrive. Called them and they said they couldn’t pick up!! Left stranded!!! No apology. They tried to call back from a different number, did not leave a message and did not tell us when we booked that they did not cover our area. When we called at 10pm we offered to pay more money but they would not help. Lucky we used another firm who were excellent"
