"Beaufort cars are always reliable and arrive on time, if not a few minutes early and are reasonably priced. A big thumbs up to one of the drivers Taz who has picked us up and dropped us home a few times and is always cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended."
"What a pity you cannot give zero stars to such inept unprofessional businesses on here. But I'll state 0 stars on this review. To be told after ringing them there are no cars available followed by at anytime. I fear these clowns employ a phone number scanning system to block and blank you off if you ever try to use their service and you've used them before and complained about the driver or operator to them in the past. It does go on these days and Beaufort Cars does this. Use another taxi firm or you'll be waiting for pick-up and it won't arrive without warning."
"Told to phone from Heartlands A&E,, had to wait 40 minutes for a call back that never happened, after a 10 hour stint in A&E. Phoned three times and then told 2 hour wait not only that, who ever was taking calls couldn't understand a word of English, or clear audio of the English language. The film has alot of negative reviews, seeing they want the money but don't want the job. Any visitor weather from overseas or indeed to Birmingham City UK should avoid this company I had to give a 1 star rating to type this review, had I have had the chance it would have been zero stars.... I just hope people attempting to use Beaufort Taxis in Birmingham, read the the reviews, because probably 90% are negative, and there are more professional, reputable companies who can cater for you."
