"I've been studying A levels in INTO, which a kind of school which offers foundation year, A levels and English courses to international students to help them get to university courses in the UK. Here, students live in an accommodation with services like cleaning, lining change and other services, and they can experience the "university life" without being there yet. This prepares students for their future and help them integrate. There is a welfare office, which is very useful for students, they can ask for help (from emotional support to visa issues). On the academic side, teachers in my A level course have been amazing and very well prepared."
"The worst food ever. It is always tasteless even if it looks or smells good. The side dishes are almost the same everyday.. black noddles like if it is burned.. dried tasteless fries or baby potato, carrots and peas steamed vegetables (probably from frozen brands). I tried everything and nothing taste like it should be. curry is never like curry, the same for other dishes. The price is ok but when you eat such food you just feel that your paying for something that does not satisfy you. The problem is that this food is basically no different to British style in cooking. Going to different place on campus will add nothing to your experience so if you are staying here all you need is to eat to survive but not to enjoy"

"It's a canteen with Asian food on offer. Every day there is something different. You have a choice of about 3 or 4 mains and 3 or 4 sides. There is also a salad bar. Very cheap too"
"From an employee's perspective, in this case a teacher, this place sucks. In fact, I think that the correct phrase to describe Into these days is 'sub-optimal' (or perhaps 'sub-prime'). I did a summer there on the pre-sessional course and found it far from satisfactory. Having done many similar pre-sessional courses for universities and 'real' colleges, I can compare - although there is precious little to compare, and much to contrast. The money, timetabling, organisation, syllabus, management - they are all way below what is provided at a proper university. The Into focus seems to be on cutting corners, getting away with the minimum, and dumping on the teachers, whilst at the same time hyping things up to bring in the maximum numbers of students. If they had any real concern for their customers - the students - they would take more care to provide real quaility. But the focus is on profit and nothing else!"
