"Good shop with some good discounts available. It is a bit of pot luck as to what they have in, always seem to have lots of down jackets available but I find other stuff really hit and miss especially in large size. Have found many good bargains though ."

The staff are really helpful and looked out something for me that was in the stock room - definitely worth asking if you can't see what you need."

If you know what your looking for ask at the desk, they will check their stock to see if they have it and if they have they'll point you in the right direction to where it is in store, or get it out of their warehouse for you to try. Also sign up to their loyalty scheme which gives you 5% back on what you spend on your next visit to store. Discount lasts for 12 months from date of purchase. Very helpful staff and well stocked on our visit, it didn't disappoint."

I ordered 6 days ago with COLLECTION AFTER XMAS from the shop a jacket and we have already 1st of January and I still didn't get any email confirmation regarding collection. First time in my life click and collect takes that long. Very poor service even if products are good quality. I spoke to someone on the chat and she said that I have to wait, its not them problem etc. However COLLECTION AFTER XMAS doesn't mean collection after 1st of January... Its first and last time that I used online service with you. Solid 1."
