"Great service, I saw a pair of trainers I wanted they had my size, I tried them on in store, and they felt a little loose, they were broad fitting, so the male assistant advised me to try a different trainer the same size but, with a smaller width, they fitted perfectly. "A visit for a pair of trainers and tracksuit bottoms has just taken 45 minutes! Although the staff were polite and apologised profusely for our wait no one took responsibility for us at all. Too many new staff members, badly trained and disorganised. Very tempted to walk out without spending the £350 I did. Worst thing was the shop was not even that busy."
"This is a good sized store. They have some ok deals on from time to time. There is plenty of options to choose from, good selection of sizes too. They were out of stock in around 3 different pairs of kids shoes at a certain size but staff were helpful. There was a good amount of staff on the shop floor to help if needed. Some were more friendly than others but all polite enough. Good shopping experience. There is plenty of parking outside the store with both disabled spaces and parent and child spaces available. Would recommend if you are close by."
