"Wife made an enquiry about a leaking stop valve and the rude assistant remarked "we only sell high end bathrooms" even though our bathroom was £20k. She only wanted to know if they could be purchased separate and used the store as it was taken over by the previous company that installed ours in 2012. We weren't expecting them to have to pay for just some professional courtesy. We'll buy from Zest next time who fitted out additional wet room and were great."
