"If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The good service ends the second you leave the showroom. We placed an order in store, we were told to call up if we wanted to amend it due to size. We called the store back to change to a 3 seater instead of a 2 seater and they just seemed uninterested. This was only the beginning of the problem. Once this all got sorted we had our sofa delivered (6 hours later than it said) and we had an item missing. We were told it would be delivered the next day. When we rang to confirm we were told somebody would call us back but never did (they never do). Anyway as we live local to the head office we went inside to try and get this sorted. As expected in person the red carpet treatment is back out. We were sat with a regional manager lady who assured us this would be sorted that day. After a long day of searching for the item it appears it was still with the supplier. This is now 4 weeks on and we get zero contact, we have no idea when to expect the sofa and whenever you ring up they say the same thing, the item shows it’s there but it’s not letting me select delivery. Then they say it must just still be with the supplier we will call you back…. Absolute waste of time. Never again will I order from this company. Already emailed your complaints department and again had no response. Don’t waste your time."

"Gave special instructions to Sofology when booking in delivery for them to wear foot covers but totally ignored even when I asked the guys, they said they don’t have any offered them bags they said yes but never wore them. Woke me up at 7am for this delivery l! I advised before delivery to assemble inside property again no instructions followed leading to corner sofa not getting through. They advised they will have to take to warehouse to disassemble and attempt delivery again!! Look at pics the way the sofas have been treated. Disgusted!! Left without sofas"

"Hi bought settee not happy with it .Made a few phone call and emails got no where. Then when to head office just 15 minutes from where I live had a word with the manager great given a full refund to biy a new one from 5he shop good service from head office"

"AVOID LIKE THE VIRAL PLAGUE! We ordered TWO sofas over 14 months ago (28th June 2021 to be precise!) & paid in full. Only one has arrived. The ‘Occasional Love Seat’ some 9 months late. It is not big enough for my husband & I to sit on together, so ironically we have to rotate sitting one on the floor whilst the other uses the sofa. After a few months of use, I am really disappointed with the quality of the one sofa that’s arrived. The arms are coming loose & fabric has started to fray. Not really what Helena Bonham Carter puts forward in her TV advert, whilst eating cake! However, The second sofa we ordered (at exactly the same time) has never arrived! We have tried calling customer service to be given conflicting information as to where our lost sofa is! (In fact at one point, we were not even allowed to call customer service! It had an automated message saying “They would call us!”) If I could cancel the whole thing & go somewhere else, I would! We were told in store that sofas were manufactured in the UK, even through we now know they are outsourced to China! Terrible Company, Terrible Customer Service & Terrible Quality! £1000’s spent & nothing to show for it. Seriously considering litigation to recover our money! As my title suggests, AVOID!"

"Not impressed my order changed 3 times I expect a high level of service for paying customers. I expect your delivery policy that states they deliver within the 12 weeks to stick to the deadline or if it is longer the customer support team will contact you and inform you . It is your duty to do and do everything within your grasp to insure that a delivery is a priority. I don’t expect to keep login onto my portal to see the date change multiple times. I am extremely dissatisfied and this point will be happy to report to trading standards as this is unacceptable. You have the customer sales team who can sell you a sofa however you do not have the overall service to deliver the product. I will write a formal complaint and expect my sofa once delivered to be to my satisfaction , quality and standards that I was sold if however it is not I will take further action! As this is beyond ridiculous"
