"After a shaky start, we met Matthew at the showroom last weekend to discuss our kitchen project and the service we received was exemplary. His passion and knowledge were evident and we are looking forward to exploring our kitchen design with him and team. I’ve docked a star because we struggled to get hold of the team initially, and we were disappointed by the comms we did receive at that stage. Also, nowhere online does it state that the showroom is open by appointment only, so this led to a wasted trip. Here’s hoping all future interactions are as great as our meeting with Matthew and we can add that final star!"
