"I ordered a bed 8 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. At the time of ordering I was told it would take around 4 weeks to arrive and a max of 6 weeks. I have visitors staying next week and they will need to sleep on the floor as the bed is going to be over a month late. I advised the company of my deadline last week and was promised the bed would be delivered today, however now it seems it wont come until end of next week, however there has been no explanation or apology for the delay. I would not recommend this company. Very poor customer service which will cause me and my visitors a lot of inconvenience and poor night's sleep. If the bed finally arrives at the end of next week it will be five weeks late from the timeline communicated when I ordered it."
