"This shop is the most rip off corner shop I have ever known! Hand written notice to say they are now charging £1 if you want to top up your gas and electric! Disgusting to say the least! I reported this to trading standards to which I also found out they shouldn't be charging to get cash back neither as it is a paypoint shop and paypoint is a free service! All them £1s they charged people probably paid for her Australia holiday! Mrs Sanghani is the rudest most disrespectful woman I have ever come across in a shop! And it wouldn't let me give 0 stars for this review so I had to put 1 star just so I could post."

"I am not in the habit of writing a negative review but my experience at this store was disagreeable to say the least. Dropped parcel off for collection by UPS this weekend. I’m experiencing certain health issue that make me anxious and my first experience of parcel drop off at this store was negative. The young man that took my parcel was rude, arrogant and I would defiantly avoid this shop in future. A smile for your customers and politeness cost nothing. Perhaps an explanation how things work!! Would of given 0 stars."
