He listened to what we were looking for and took us to the most perfect couch and ended up buying the chair too. The whole visit he had us laughing - offered us drinks and couldn't do enough for us. "I first went to SCS on Sealand road looking for new carpets and was greeted by welcoming friendly smiles and Imogen a lovely sales assistant came over to help me. Imogen was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave honest opinions in helping me decide on the right colour carpets. When I mentioned I also wanted to look at sofas I was advised that if I was to find one I wanted there I’d get 20% off my flooring, happy days!! Again Imogen was so helpful and knowledgeable & I found my new sofas with ease. When seated to complete my purchases another amazing employee called Hannah happily entertained my two toddlers at the colouring table & even wowed them with a magic trick!! All of the staff there were so welcoming to my toddlers and I felt fully at ease so if you’re anxious about going in with kids & worried they’ll want to sit on every single sofa don’t be as they really didn’t mind unlike in other shops I’d been to before scs and felt like they were a nuisance despite being well behaved and merely looking around! This was a major deciding factor along with the amazing friendly helpful staff that made me return a couple of weeks later to purchase my kitchen/diner flooring and dining table. Again it was a stress free experience and everyone was so helpful and patient while I decided on the right table and chairs! Highly recommend SCS Chester, 5*"
