"Sadly a store that feels like it's dying. Many long shelves with the same stuff on them throughout the store. Only went in for a few items and typically queues waiting to be served. Only 2 people on the tills and only seen one other staff. Customers getting angry at having to wait ages. I put my basket down and left. Service is painfully slow and won't be going again in a hurry.."
"I purchased a fitted sheet yesterday evening and opened to try it on but it was very small it did not fit . So I folded back and went to the shop for a refund with the receipt in the morning. Once I got there the lady at the till did not wanted to accept my item back saying it was the policy because I had remove it from the package to try it on. The item is brand new with all labels and less then 24h receipt (purchase 6pm returned 10am). This is a joke. This store is always very messy and untidy and there is never enough staff in busy times with long queues. I also done a research and could not find this can't be refunded any where! The Staff needs better training and learn how to treat custumers better be more helpful and friendly instead of being so rude and shouting its policy. I am very unhappy"
