"Visited after Christmas and the shop was a dump. There were coffee cups and bottles - general rubbish all over the store. Lots of clothes on the floor. I've been to Next many times before but was shocked by all this. They need more staff, especially on security, to stop the general public from behaving like animals. Quite disgusting."
