"My partner and i bought a rattan furniture set, what was delivered was a low quality version that was not as shown in their advert. Customer services refuse to talk about this and instead disingenuously just parrot "the set is correct to its box number". Still struggling to get them to return this. Would never use or recommend this company or Abreo(they are the same people). Wouldnt even give them a 1 star rating but it is the lowest possible to post this warning."

"Very unhappy customer! Terrible company very unhelpful staff. Items are very cheaply made/bad quality and thin but the price is not reflective of this! I ordered a grey rattan garden set but got a brown even with supplying pictures they still said I’ve got the correct colour! The rattan print is coming of and it’s only just been taken out the box not even setup or used! Instructions are useless, it looks like there is no screws to support the back rest so I don’t see how this would even work if it was to be setup! I bought via eBay so will be taking this matter further with them and returning! If you want an overpriced cheaply made garden set then buy from this company but if you want something that will last longer then 5 minutes avoid this company at all costs! Happy to supply pics of the item and correspondence to anyone that’s interested in seeing for themselves."

"Unbelievable, bought and paid for goods including 49.99 delivery, only to be told a day later I had to pay an additional 15.00 for delivery because of my post code, I live in a large town outside Glasgow......which I suppose to some is nearly Antarctica!! Anyway,ATR would not ship out the goods even although I had already paid them 450.00 until they received the other 15.00......then when I asked to speak to the Director, Mr Mark Peacock I was told 'He does not speak to customers'......well bully for him too good to speak to the people who purchase his goods.......overall bad company, bad customer service and rip off regarding the delivery. I would have paid the delivery if at the start they had told me it was 65.00 straight off the back but to come back later and say we will cancel the order if you dont pay the additional 15.00 is just BAD!!!!!"

"Amazing customer service! I accidentally damaged my garden furniture over the weekend. I called on Monday morning and the lady who answered was friendly and asked me to email. I emailed sating the part that broke, and they sent me a replacement which arrived on the Thursday! Brilliant!"
