"Seen this on FB and Instagram and was really impressed with the photos. My travel system wasn't overly dirty but wanted it refreshed for my new arrival. Sent the pram frame, carrycot, pushchair and car seat for a deep clean and repair. New wheels were provided but just bought from venicci so could have done myself. I'm happy with those, though the front right one seems to be clicking when pushing. Few marks still on the carrycot within the white hood. I was surprised at this given the extent of dirt on some that were cleaned in the pictures I'd seen. There was no repair to the scratched Chrome frame or logo which I'd also seen done on other pictures. Seems this was just given a wipe. Yes it's clean, I wouldn't say deep cleaned given the marks still there and feel for the money paid (£239) it wasn't really worth sending. Will now still need to repair logo and scratches myself and clean in the hood. Also delivered back out with timeslot and struggled to receive answers to questions asked."
"Felt disappointed, I emailed about my egg pram to have a clean and some repair work (new egg logo and hood). Took ages for a response when I finally got one I replied instantly and again it took a few days for a reply back as I felt I wasn’t getting anywhere I decided to call, I was told to wait for a reply over email. She replied soon after. We booked it in for collection on a Monday. I waited around on Monday and nobody showed up so I called later that day and was told I never got booked in the girl who looks at the emails had a couple of days off work and they were sorry and the best thing they could do was to book me in for Wednesday. When my pram came back I was disappointed, the egg logo and hood hadn’t been replaced (I wasn’t expecting it to have been done as the invoice said £80 for clean and nothing was written about the hood or logo) this disappointed me as it was the main reason I sent it to them but I thought instead of kicking up a fuss again I’d just see what the pram looked like when it came back and source the parts myself. When the pram came back it was clean but the chassis was coated in cleaning product and was left streaky and slight wet so I had to go over it with a wipe. After paying £80 for a clean I felt I shouldn’t be wiping it down. For the job they did I felt £80 was a lot of money I didn’t feel that I received any level of customer service for this price. I have never written a bad review in my life but really felt other potential customers should know what happened so they don’t waste their money, I had read reviews before I sent my pram and a lot of people were saying their pram were like new so I was very excited. It was clean, didn’t feel like they did a better job than I could’ve done myself though."
