"The team turned up on time, rang me with an hours notice and where extremely quick and responsive when booking the appointment. Customer service quality continued throughout. Moved furniture, hoovered underneath before they started. End result was not expected. I did think the carpet was past restoring, but it’s like brand new and was left bone dry in less than 2 hours, for living room, hall, stairs and landings. Fantastic service all round!"
