"Not good for those with prams or wheelchairs. Aisles are constantly blocked by shelf stacking trolleys, end of aisles often have displays meaning it is very hard to steer round. Sent an email complaint about this over a year ago, was told my comments would be passed on and taken on board and yet nothing has changed."
"An aisle was blocked off for two members of staff to stack the shelves. I couldn't get the food I wanted so asked the staff to hand it to me. They refused, saying they were too busy stacking shelves and that I should come back when they had finished. Fortunately Sainsbury's is not far and I got all that I needed for less money."
