Reviews
"I used this store as a loyal customer for over 15 years and I recently got a parking charge from the parking operator Euro Car Parks, which was wholly unfair. I appealed to Euro Car Parks to no avail (which is no surprise as such companies are nothing more than modern sharks) and then asked Sainsbury's to help (since they presumably own the contract with Euro Car Parks) but they did absolutely nothing. So I've decided not to use Sainsbury's ever again. If they treat customers like this then they get bad ratings such as this one."
"Using government ordered facial recognition camera to track all your movements and when 15 minute cities are forced on you, you will see the con that was covid. Boycott supermarkets and support local."
"Sainsbury's is great but the car parking system in Chislehurst store is bizarre. You need a small square of paper with a code on it to book your car out on a terminal, however if you go through the self service checkout you don't get one so it would be very easy to forget to find a staff member and you would be sent a huge fine as thanks for doing your shopping there."
"Use it daily, it's OK. Friendly staff. Think they could do better with there meal deals. Every time I go in there, hardly any choice. But reasonably priced"
"Staff not really polite. Miserable in fact. As if it is a hinderence to be there. Woefully understaffed. One till open for everyone. 7 customers waiting. Lots of staff walking around. Self service tills full but they do not cater for families with children or the elderly. This place has gone downhill over the years and it shows. As well as it being really drab."
