"I have been using their prescription delivery service for well over a year now. The staff are always helpful and friendly when you ring to order your prescriptions. The majority of the time the medication I order is delivered quickly and efficiently by friendly staff, however there have been occasions when either not all the ordered medication arrives, or extra items are delivered that have not been requested. On one occasion the medication didn't get delivered at all and I had to chase it a couple of times before I got it, but generally I am happy with the prescription delivery service they provide."
"I signed my dad up for his meds to be delivered and twice in one week he received a txt to say his meds would be delivered. Twice now they have not bothered to deliver them and twice now they could not be bothered to let their customers know why they have not dropped off urgently needed meds. It's safe to safe we will never use a cowboy service like Wakefield Pharmacy ever again."
