"Totally unaware of residential housing around the store, they loudly discuss how late the managers are between the hours of 5.30-6.30AM, how they "can't be arsed" to open the store today, Several complaints via the surrounding areas have been made but they don't seem to care, Video is on its way to head office! Shouldn't have to request evening delivery slots several times as its law that its changed if they cant keep noise down to a low enough level, they have woken my 5 year old daughter up several times and she thinks people are "banging on her windows" because the delivery drivers are also incredibly heavy handed with their lorries. Will something actually be done this time ?"

"I shopped here today with my sibling for some sweets. When we entered the store we were approached by this Staff Member who just stood infront of us and stared, which confused us. After the awkward stare, he asked whether we're going to buy anything, we of course said yes, we then walked to the sweet isle, this staff member followed us there and continued to stare at us whilst we were deciding which sweets we were going to get. Both of us then decided to leave the store buying nothing as we felt too uncomfortable with this staff member (who was an older man) following us around whilst also staring at us. I believe this is because we are both teenagers, but this does not justify the uncomfortable situation we were placed in by this staff member."
"Pleasant shopping experience if you prefer not shop at a larger Sainsbury's superstore Great food and good general home produce choices. Prices are little more than other stores. Staff are pleasant and helpful"
"3 stars purely down to the fact got here at 6:55 and walked in picked up a paper and went to the self checkout. Was then told by assistant that they don't open until 7am. Was then made to stand outside until walked back in at 7 went back to the same self checkout scanned and paid. There was no reason for me not to be able to buy it at 6:55 but rules are rules apparently. Apart from that when I did compete my purchase it was and experience worthy of 5 stars and the staff (although bound by rules that seemingly prevent any common sense approach to customer service) were very helpful."
