"Yard was a mess..no parking materials all over the yard struggle to get out because of insulation blocking parking and damaged my van on a random pallet of slabs.utter disgrace and had been like that for months...will never go back again"
"I placed an on-line order on 7th September for delivery last week. As I had heard nothing from TP Orpington, I emailed at the weekend and received an email on Monday 13th from the Branch Manager (Ashley Gent) to say they had tried to call and had left me a VM (yet I had received no missed call and had no VM!) and assured me I'd receive the delivery that day (Monday 13th). It didn't arrive. I emailed again on Tuesday 14th - no reply. I've emailed again this morning ..... [interruption] and lo and behold, as I am typing this review a completely unannounced delivery arrives from TP. No date or time given other than the one two days ago.... Next time I will be using Jewson."
"Travis perkins products are good quality. Ashley And Pete are friendly and have always helped me when i needed it. The top tip is that at peak traffic times this store can be harder to get to due to its location so try and avoid peak times. Other than that parking is available and the staff are very helpful. Thank you Travis Perkins"
"I have ordered items from them, then I have not received delivery on time, when I called them they informed that I need to wait 4-6 weeks do why no one called/emailed/informed??, then second time they delivered crop Cladding. Very bad customer service,my last shopping with them!"
