"Used the new Screwfix Sprint service yesterday and was delivered to me directly and driver called me. However today the driver dropped to another location and spoke to customer service to locate which they were unable to. After 4 hours of waiting and ready to leave the job, I get a call to say the can re-deliver but only 1 item now in stock. When re-delivered the driver called and gave to me and asked if I got the earlier delivery okay, when I said no, he had given to Lloyds Bank reception desk 5 shops away. By this time it was 5:05pm and the bank was closed. I now have to return to job 30 miles away another day to install 2 light bulbs. Poor service and a wasted journey."
