They tell you honestly whether your appliance can be repaired. No high pressure selling. My washer broke down recently. Contacted them and in less than a week, they came out, delivered and fitted a new washer at a reasonable price all in. This included removal of my old machine. Can't recommend them highly enough. Phoned them today to find out when are they returning and got the voicemail. They are on annual leave until 15th August. Let me without an oven and charged me £39.00 for it as well.
