I work in a club myself so I am utterly grateful that she was so willing to help and give me my stuff. Beautiful atmosphere too, can't recommend the place enough."

"I struggle to understand why LGBTQ+ venues hire bouncers and staff that aren’t inclusive. Experienced micro-aggressions from one of the bouncers here. She was rude, aggressive, unpleasant & miserable. Will never go back to this venue again and will continue to recommend all of my friends to go elsewhere. Not a safe space. Please avoid this venue at all costs."

"Staff are really nice, they play good music. Have good events. Student nights on a Thursday is very cheap for a vod lemonade & if u lose something it’s so easy to contact them to get it back! More than what you can ask for x"

"We just had a difficult experience in the que! My partner has MS, the bouncer refused us entering assuming he was heavily drunk! When challenged and try to explain with evidence, with a medical card! The bouncer staff abruptly refused to listen. As a result, there was a scene where the bouncer kicked us out of the que! We recorded the footage of the abuse and they grabbed the phone, and deleted the recording! Enter with your trust! Utterly embarrassing night! The bouncer are disrespectful! The security staff require disability awareness training, incident occurred on 27/11/22 around 02:00am, the management should look at their own CCTV camera recording, as I’m aware various people had recorded the incident from the balcony. The incident was recorded by other people walking by. It was a shocking experience from a LGBT venue, because of an invisible disability, security staff who grab your phone and delete evidence of the appalling behaviour they display! Nightingale should really reconsider the people they commission for their own security staff. And yes! I called them “bitch”! That security staff knows who I’m referring to! “Bitch!”"

"The less than pleasant experience started before I got there. The website has absolutely no information, their email address does not work and while they read their messages on social media, they do not respond to any of them. I managed to find out via other attendees that the performance I was interested was at 1am but I was ready to have a fun night it so it was no problem. Got there a couple of minutes before 10pm then everyone was kicked out to queue up again. They took us to a completely different room upstairs and then a couple of hours later let us downstairs again to the 'main' room. No matter who I asked in the venue, no one seemed to have any information whatsoever which just felt weird considering they all worked there. The lack of communication from staff really created a confusing night but the performers were great which made things much better."
