"Chris came around didn't even have a drill to unscrew the hob screws. Still charged the full £60 - and said he would come back next week. Didn't even mange to get the hob off the gas hob off to look at fixing the ignition. If there was a zero star I would have selected that. We will see what next week brings - will update review at Stage 2!"
