"Brilliant service, came out same day. Good price for repair a lot cheaper than buying a new washer."
"Called about a fault on my fridge freezer, the shop explained that it was £45 initial charge and they could come out same day, great. Was at my house for 10 minutes, thought he'd fixed the problem and explained how, I was sceptical said the fault will return, and it did as he drove off. I then found the fault myself which was with an easily accessible part at the bottom of the freezer which I then ordered from Bosch, £10 delivered. The repairman was focused on the top of the fridge and told me if the fault returned I would need an expensive PCB, which it turns out wouldn't have solved the problem. Luckily I'm an electrician so have tools to do some digging, should've had a go at the start. £45 lighter for no particular reason. But it could've been much worse."

"Fantastic service. Used this company a few times now. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a prompt call out service. Highly recommended. Convenient car park across the road, plenty of people bringing vacuum cleaners into the shop for repair. I needed washer/dryer attention and was booked in for a next day visit for a very reasonable call out fee. Very happy customer here."
