And then booked installation of the 5KW AC system in my apartment within a week of the quote. On installation day Jack and Richard were both excellent, friendly, professional and left the place tidier than they found it. Cleaning up and taking all the packaging and rubbish away with them. The maintenance contract we've just taken out is quite expensive for two visits per year costing us £455.00 a year for their 'Bronze' maintenance pack, but it is what it is - Kool-It aren't a charity and they have staff to pay, so we understand.
