"Awful garage and rude staff. One of the idiots at reception told me I needed to get a new exhaust.. 1 month later and £750 down a new one arrived. I took my car to a separate garage to get it fitted and they said it didnt need a new exhaust in the first place. Massive waste of money and now my car is worse off with an after-market exhaust. Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. Once they left a wrench jammed into the side of my suspension and I was driving round for a month without knowing until my car start to make 'weird noises'. I find it hard to believe any of the positive reviews left for them on here."

"My 190e was booked in earlier in the week by the polite and friendly receptionist and dropped off a few days later for the mot (which thankfully passed) and a service. I also pointed out there was a smell of fuel around the boot and a heatsheild vibration around the exhaust. Both these issues were dealt with and my car is good to go. A very professional company to deal with and their rates are reasonable too."
