"Absolutely shocking service. No wonder it's closing down! I was told to go and collect my prescription by text, but when I got there, they were closing in a few weeks, so everything had been returned!"

"A very long wait of an hour for prescriptions currently. I also visited for pain relief, waited for 15 minutes at the counter for someone to serve me, tried calling to them a few times but absolutely nothing. It would be usefull if there was some sort of acknowledgement that they know you're there, or that it's going to take a long long time just to get over the counter medication. I just left in the end and won't go there again."

"Shocking service from this place. Came to collect a few subscriptions 8pm on 14th july for an un well parent to be told they are behind with orders and i wont get them until friday i said tommorow? he said oh no i mean should be saturday. I asked why he said because they are behind and waiting on delivery ordered 10th ( im guessing he did not order it on 10th) When i said its not good enough my mother needs some of this urgently to start taking friday as she runs out he said he can give the me prescriptions if i want to try somehere else ! Really its 8pm. I said i think we should have another aswell and he said oh yes i not processed that one yet, i asked when that came and he said it came on 12th and will order it now. After i said as one of them was anti biotics and urgent he said i can make that up now if wanted?. Then proceded to tell me i should have came in on 12th ( my fault) and they would have made it up. At some point during the conversation a ladys voice from behind the wall said "we are doing our best you know" which is no comfort to my mother who needs meditation. Poor service and not great atitude at all. I have at least given 1 star as i did finally get the urgent part of the order"

"I rang this pharmacy 11 times in a row, just to ensure they had my item in stock and so they could prepare it.. not 1 call was answered. Due to their incompetence i decided to go to the store and ring them incase the lack of customer service was excusable, I stood at the front desk and called the phone 4 times and watched the pharmacists walk around completely ignoring the phone. I wish I could record and upload it for proof. After ordering my item I was told tk come back in 25 minutes… ridiculous"

"The slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I have no idea why EVERYTHING they do takes so long. I've never known anything like it. The staff are surly and have zero customer service skills. They treat customers with utter contempt"
