"On the day my mom's meds were changed, GP sent the new prescription to the pharmacy. On collection, the staff on duty asked if I would like to wait while they made up a blister pack. This would only take 15 mins to do. I was not expecting this and am so grateful for the support. The staff have been very helpful previously with arranging new meds and have chased GP practice to enable them to be issued. All with a smile and offer of further help if needed. On the same day, the pharmacist rang to discuss the med change for my mom, to ensure it was effective...this chat reassured me that the pharmacy really care about the patients and their well-being. It was made clear that art any time, I was welcome to ask questions, or for advice regarding health and wellbeing for my whole family. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble in this respect. I have had a lot of help from the staff during my visits to the pharmacy and the follow up call has added to this.
