"Absolutely terrible customer service. I was returning yet another faulty vuse product, only to be told by one of the employees that if I don't like it I should shop somewhere else. Then to be told by the other employee that it was my fault he spoke to me like that because that's not "my" sense of humour. I would recommend any other shop in the area BUT that one!"

"Hartford Co-op store has such friendly staff and so community minded. The store has supporting local charities to collect food waste for food banks during covid-19 : mid Cheshire Food bank & Moulton Community Food Hub supporting pensioners snd families in need. Theyve also donated sandwiches,pastries,cakes to feed NHS staff on the night shift at Northwich ambulance station :)"
