"Cooper is a nearly 2 years old golden doodle who hates the drying process on his head so much he turns into a very grumpy old man, groomtastic really do try with a little help from us to work around him to maintain his coat & I really appreciate them not writing him off completely, the first time they did all they could to not clip him but it was inevitable in the summer as he'd matted but we listened to their advice for the interim grooming at home & stopped using a harness & so far he's still matt free. Hopefully between us we can get him more used to the drying machine as he really benefits from 4 weekly grooms. We used the mobile vans before who used any excuse to clip him to the skin which is the last thing we want....especially at this time of the year!!!"
