"Always thought they were very good.... untill the receptionist refused to see my mothers dog who is very sick, just keept repeating her self.... " we don't accept transfers". And refused to recommend somewhere to take to dog to get medical attention. If the dog is ill and needs urgent medical, the impression was given that they weren't interested in helping and happy to potentially allow a animal to Die.... very sad and poor Service this time."
